The project for the set-up was born from the need of the client to divide the large space of the Palazzo del Ghiaccio in two distinct and separate areas: one for the reception and catering, and the other for a meeting of all members with a stage and a big screen to display the media contents of the convention.

The division was created by using 3 large Layher towers, completely covered in a custom-made graphic panel, that were hosting all the technical equipment needed for the event (lights, video and audio) as well.

The Layher towers were also useful to work around the fact that hanging equipment was forbidden in winter because of the possible weight of the snow on the roof.

Inside the convention area we designed a big screen with a double-winged large projection surface, highlighted by the curved layout of the seats around them.
