WELFARE INDEX PMI GENERALI
Salone delle fontane, Rome
Welfare Index PMI is an index used to evaluate the level of welfare of small and medium sized companies in Italy. Each year insurance company Generali is the main organizer of a meeting with the goal to promote studies of the index and reward with a prize the companies that were able to apply the best welfare practices towards their employees.
For Next Group agency we designed the event set up, provided 3D renderings (so the client could confirm the project), compiled specification lists to be able to get quotes from different suppliers (set ups and audio/video services) and provided works management during the set up. The event was held in Rome, in the prestigious Salone delle fontane.
For this event we decided to divide the long hall of the Salone into two distinct areas: the first half of the space dedicated to an exhibition of the best welfare practices – using multimedia totems and graphic panels – the second half used for the plenary conference with a big stage and screen. Two more separated areas in the same building were set up for welcoming, registration of the guests and for coffee and lunch breaks.
