Thanks to a few targeted demolitions of walls we transformed an apartment with small and dark rooms into a luxury home, contemporary and full of light.

In the big living room we built a central volume to divide the kitchen from the living area therefore retaining perception of one big space.

The aim to maximize the available space permeated the design of each room of this apartment; the small hallway leading to the sleeping area for example was transformed into a laundry room by the use of a drop-down curtain hiding the washing machine and spacious shelves.
