Renovation of an historical house in a small town near Garda lake: traditional architectural details were preserved and juxtaposed to contemporary clean and minimal finishings.

The porch with its picturesque columns was transformed into a spacious living space using large slinding windows facing the garden.

Interior design of this house is the result of the dialogue between contemporary pieces (sofas that seem to be floating mid air, regular and simple furniture) and historical remains of the old house: restored fireplaces, decorated frames of doors and windows, antique floors.
